In these weeks of forced homestay, we have discovered that there are many things that we are missing.
To start from small rituals that we have given for granted before the covid blocked us at home.

Food truck, l'opportunità che fa ripartire le piccole imprese alimentari
In queste settimane di forzata permanenza domestica, abbiamo scoperto che sono tante le cose che ci mancano. A cominciare da quei piccoli riti che davamo per scontati, prima che il Covid-19 ci confinasse in casa.
Prendere il caffè o il cappuccino al bar; fare lo spuntino pomeridiano con il gelato per la gioia dei bambini, passeggiare mangiando un panino ordinato al momento.
Per poter fare di nuovo tutte queste cose insieme agli amici e alle persone care, gomito a gomito come abbiamo sempre fatto, ci vorrà ancora del tempo. Sarà invece possibile ritornare ad assaggiare i nostri cibi rituali, grazie alla riapertura graduale delle attività del settore alimentare.
La ripartenza però non sarà uguale per tutti.
Per tante gelaterie, pizzerie, bar, pasticcerie e simili, la cosiddetta fase 2 del contrasto al Covid 19 potrebbe essere più complessa a causa degli spazi ridotti e delle spese per gli adeguamenti strutturali.
